The deadline for accommodation reservation is May 10th. The participants and accompanying persons will be accommodated in the Hotel Valamar Diamant 4* and Hotel Valamar Rubin 3*.
The participants are kindly requested to make their hotel reservation themselves by sending the accommodation form to the address cscm@valamar.com. You will be asked to enter your credit card data in order to complete the reservation. In case of the reservation cancellation in less than one week before the meeting, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of reservation.

Double room – single use: 450,00 HRK
Double room: 300,00 HRK
1 EUR ≈ 7.44 HRK (March 2018)

Additional meals (lunch and/or dinner): 75,00 HRK per person per meal.

The Organizing Committee will make every effort to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, but, we cannot accept responsibility for any personal accident or loss or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons, which may occur either during or indirectly arising from the Meeting. Participants and their accompanying persons are kindly requested to make their own travel and health insurance arrangements.
